Does a water vapour fireplace create heat?
An Opti-Myst fireplace is primarily installed for its visually appealing look. Typically, these fireplaces do not produce heat. However, certain models come with an integrated fan heater, allowing them to emit heat as desired.
For fireplaces offering heat output, this feature will be clearly indicated in the product specifications.
Does an Opti-Myst fire produce vapour in the room?
No, water vapour fireplace do not produce a lot of vapour or humidity in the room.
What water to use?
It's quite simple! Many of our Opti-Myst fireplaces only require regular tap water. However, we advise you to always read and follow the instructions provided in your fireplace manual. Some manufacturers may recommend using demineralized water for their hybrid fireplaces.
Do you service water vapour fireplaces?
Yes, indeed! We provide a 2-year warranty on products purchased from us. Therefore, if anything occurs with the fireplace within this period, we provide service and repair.
However, if the fireplace was not purchased from us, we do not offer service or repair for the fireplace.
