Ignite XL is a modern and stylish electric fireplace with edge-to-edge glass, providing an elegant finish. With its sleek design, Ignite XL 50" is the perfect choice for built-in wall installation to create a modern focal point or for use in a TV wall, where the fireplace is installed beneath the television.

Ignite XL 50" includes a user-friendly remote control; all the fireplace's features can be operated with the remote control or the manually operated control panel on the fireplace.

With the unique Dimplex Optiflame LED flame technology, you can choose from one of six flame themes or switch between different colours, giving you the flexibility to select a theme that complements your home perfectly. You can also adjust the flame's brightness. The included acrylic stones give the fireplace a modern appearance and allow the flames to shine through the decoration.

Thermostat-Controlled Heating Function

Set the desired room temperature with thermostat control, and with preset times, the heating function can be activated to warm a cool room, or use the timer to automatically turn off your fireplace.

Comfort Saver technology automatically adjusts the fan speed and temperature to precisely match the room's needs based on the thermostat setting. If the room temperature rises significantly, such as sunlight through a window or central heating turning on, the heater turns off and intermittently circulates air around the unit until the room temperature falls and requires the heater to be turned on again.

Dimplex Ignite XL 50' has a maximum heating capacity of 1.8 kW.

Installation

The unique design of Dimplex Ignite XL allows for three types of installation:

• Partial recess, where the fireplace frame is outside the wall.
• Flush mounting, where the fireplace is installed without a frame and lies flat against the wall.
• Sub-surface installation, where the fireplace is recessed into the wall (max. 12mm).

It is recommended that the fireplace is installed at least 13 cm from the floor and 61 cm from the ceiling. If you intend to mount something on the wall above the fireplace, objects within 30 cm must withstand up to 65°C heat, and objects within 45 cm must withstand a minimum of 40°C heat.

Power Consumption

Ignite XL 50 requires a connection to 230V/50Hz power (standard power outlet) and has a 1.5-meter power cord mounted at the lower left corner on the back of the fireplace.

Dimplex Ignite XL 50 has a power consumption of 19 watts (0.019 kW) when only the flame effect is on. With the heating function turned on, Ignite XL has a power consumption of up to 1800 watts (1.8 kW).
